what different of "lo"and "lu"

well,it's different for me, if some people say "lo"it like angry/mad to me. example:apaan sih lo? if 'lu' it's justlike 'you' excample: apa luuu? lu is like you, if lo? not. i hate when my friend say lo,and not lu. :)
